This application ("the Integration") is operated by Moab Mercantile LLC and Sand & Stars Touring LLC ("we", "us") solely for our own internal accounting and bookkeeping.
With your authorization via Intuit OAuth 2.0, the Integration accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data (customers, invoices, bills, payments, items, reports, company information) for the specific company you connect.
Data is used exclusively to read, organize, and record our own business's accounting. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose QuickBooks data to any third party. No advertisers, no external data recipients.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in Cloudflare (Workers Secrets and KV) and transmitted only over TLS/HTTPS. Access tokens are short-lived and refreshed automatically; no QuickBooks passwords are ever stored.
Tokens are retained only while the connection is active and are deleted when the company is disconnected from Intuit or on request.
You may revoke this Integration's access at any time from your Intuit account, immediately ending its access.
