End-User License Agreement

This Agreement governs use of the Moab Mercantile QuickBooks Integration ("the Software"), a private internal tool of Moab Mercantile LLC and Sand & Stars Touring LLC.

1. License

Licensed for the sole internal business use of its operators to access their own QuickBooks Online companies. No other use, distribution, or resale is granted.

2. Data

Accesses QuickBooks data only with the user's explicit OAuth authorization and uses it only for the operators' own accounting, per the Privacy Policy.

3. No warranty

Provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

4. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time via the user's Intuit account, terminating this license.
